Mother Hope

And your own hope?

live on Zoom · free

Yes, I'm in

We hold so much hope for our children.

We hope they will feel safe.
That they will remain curious.
That they will find their people.
That they will know their worth.
That they will dare to live lives that are truly their own.

What might begin to move if some of that hope also belonged to us?

Come and sit with us

Where our hope can live

So much of our attention travels towards them—their development, their struggles, their possibilities, their future.

And somewhere along the way, we can forget that we are part of that future too.
That our children are not the only place our hope can live.

What might begin to move if some of that hope also belonged to us?
If we looked at ourselves with the same curiosity?
If we cared for our own aliveness, not only so that we could continue caring for everyone else, but because our lives still matter?

Because mothers do not only shape the world through their children.
We shape it through what we create, question, interrupt, protect, embody and bring into relationship.

This is what I want to explore with you in Mother Hope.

Hope as something embodied. Something that can give us direction, movement and choice.
Something that can nurture the soil your children grow on—because turning back to yourself can strengthen your children in ways you couldn’t imagine.

Something that reminds us that we are not finished—and that our own becoming continues to matter too. Maybe, once you are a mother, what you hope for yourself counts double.

There is room in this circle for everyone

For mothers in every phase of life.

In my circles women of different generations come together, and that is a gift.

Because in every phase we deserve to be seen and heard, since we have a unique contribution to make.

Lisa Rombach

I welcome you

My name is Lisa Rombach.

Since 2008 I have accompanied people in coming back into contact with themselves – with their body, their aliveness, and with what becomes possible in relationship.

My roots are in Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing and many years of accompanying processes of development and integration. As a mother, and as someone who accompanies others, one further question became central for me at some point: Who nourishes those who nourish us? Circle of Nurture grew out of that question in 2018.

Since 2024 I have taught Kimberly Ann Johnson’s Mother Circle with great joy.
